Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect items ordered, or wrong sizing.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products under the Somawa Return Policy. The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If you receive an item that you believe is defective or incorrect, please contact us within the specified time frame to be eligible for a replacement under the Somawa Return Policy.
How to Report a Defective Item
- You must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of your order being delivered.

- 1. Your full name and order number.
- 2. A clear description of the defect or issue.
- 3. Clear photographic and/D_R video evidence showing the defect. This is mandatory for processing your claim.
What Happens Next?
Our team will review your claim and the evidence provided. If the item is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will, at our discretion, send you a replacement of the same item. Claims that are not reported within 72 hours of delivery, or claims submitted without clear evidence, will not be accepted.
