Chapati texture changed
I got this machine install 3 month ago, and since then I have been using this water in daily chapati making, and one major difference that i have seen that the roti's are now more softer and puffed up, and this is the situation with bhaturas and puri's as well,
Rental friendly
My husband is into Indian Army, because of which we have to travel almost in every 4-5 months to a new location, and one thing we don’t have to worry about is that when we travel, we just take out the pipe and plug and take it with us then the company's technician comes and install it in 2-3 hours only.
Good but wish it came in black
I live in mumbai, and my kitchen has black tiles, and all the tap fiting are made in gold, I highly wish if the machine could also come in a gold varient, anyways the services and the health benefits are very good
Rahul explained everything without pressure

Biryani wali aunty approved
I am very particular about my biryani. Soaking Basmati rice in this 9.5 pH water before cooking makes the grains long and fluffy. I know it sounds strange. My sister tried it at home using regular water, but the very next week, she ordered 'Amara'

TDS testing sealed it

Chai is a different drink now
Earlier I used to 1 teaspoon of tealeaves in my mother in laws tea but now I put only half to one 1 spoon, and it gives the same flavour
Filter change reminder would help
one thing that is the best is that whenever the machine needs a filter change it start it speak and the main thing is that it speaks only when the mahcine is running so that we can listen to it

Soups taste richer
I make a lot of soups in winter—such as tomato, lentil broth, and mixed vegetable. Using pH 9.5 water allows the flavors to blend more quickly and effectively. I feel that the vegetables absorb the water better during cooking. I don't know the science behind it, but the taste is truly excellent.
