Consultation call was no-pressure

The self-cleaning sound startled me at first
It’s a small detail, but worth mentioning. The machine runs an automatic cleaning cycle and makes a noise for a short while—like the sound of a gentle flush. When it happened for the first time at 6 AM, I thought something was leaking. In reality, it’s perfectly normal. Once you realize what it is, you stop paying attention to it. Apart from that, the machine has been working excellently for the past four months or so.

Second one in the family now

Manual needs pictures, not paragraphs
The manual is quite thick and contains a lot of text. I am an engineer, yet I found it difficult to understand. I wish it included more diagrams or a QR code for a video walkthrough. The technician explained everything well during installation, but later, when I needed to check something, the manual didn't help at all. That said, the machine itself is very sturdy.
The follow-up call surprised me
About two weeks after the installation, Kunal called to check if everything was working properly. I thought it might be a sales call for something else, but it wasn't; he simply wanted to know if we had any questions about the settings. As it turned out, we did have a few questions, and he explained the 'Veggie Wash' and 'Beauty Water' modes to us—features we hadn't tried yet. That kind of follow-up is rare to see.

5.5 beauty water was the surprise
I bought this for drinking water. However, I started using the 5.5 setting to wash my face, and my skin feels much calmer now. It might just be in my head, or it could actually be working. Good product, callback took 2 days
It’s been seven months; the water quality is excellent, and the machine is sturdy. There was just one issue—when I called support about a minor leak near the connection, it took two days to get a return call. However, once they arrived, they fixed it quickly. I would definitely buy it again.
Honest review — not sure yet
It has a sturdy build and was easy to install. But to be honest, even after six weeks, I haven't noticed any significant difference in the taste of the water. My wife feels there is a difference, but I’m not sure. Perhaps I had expected too much too soon. I don't regret buying it because I understand the science behind it, but if someone were to ask, "Has your life changed?" the truth is—not yet. I am giving it more time.
3x platinum makes a difference apparently
I asked Dinesh how this compares to other ionizers available in India. He explained that its plates use three times the standard amount of platinum. I’m no scientist, but this machine has been running daily for the past eight months, and there hasn't been the slightest drop in water quality. Whatever they are doing with the plates really seems to work.
Our RO TDS was borderline, still wondering
Our water has a TDS of around 210, so the output from the RO is likely around 25–30. During the consultation, Abhishek suggested that the NXT model would be suitable for us. It’s been three months and the machine is working well, but sometimes I wonder if we should have just gone for the regular Amara model, given that our TDS is only slightly above 200. The water is fine and the machine is fine, but the thought "what if..." keeps crossing my mind, and I just can't shake it off. Perhaps I'm overthinking it.
