Why we left.
A co-promoter registered the original brand mark without the founding family's knowledge or consent. A competing brand was launched on the same technology, the same machines, the same supply chain.
Gitanshu and Praveen made a decision. Walk away. Leave the brand they built. Leave the name. Start over. No legal drama. No public fight. They simply walked away and started rebuilding.
Built again, from zero.
The team was rebuilt from scratch. Manufacturing was established as fully indigenous. The service model was redesigned — direct technicians in every city, not a call centre. The science was anchored in peer-reviewed research, not marketing claims. Then the institutional recognition came — NRDC, Government of India.
